II Corinthians 1:4: "Who comforteth us in all our tribulations, that we may be able to comfort them which are in any trouble, by the comfort wherewith we are comforted of God." The Lord has promised in His word He would comfort us as Christians during our trials and tribulations. It is the duty of the Christian to be like Christ and bring comfort to those that stand in need. As you know, needy families and individuals in our community go without proper food, shelter, and essential medical care every day due to a variety of factors including low wages, job loss, injuries, illness, age, domestic violence, or divorce. In the times we live in now no one is excluded.

That's why the Lord has burdened my heart for the needy people in our communities. Not only to help feed them physically, but spiritually as well.

With a Humble Heart,

Jimmy Willard
